基于ZigBee的锂电池标签追溯系统的研究

摘    要:通过以某锂电池企业生产过程的物料管理和资源优化配置为背景,在研究ZigBee的标准通信协议和红外标签扫描技术的基础上,提出了基于ZigBee无线传感器网络的锂电池生产标签追溯系统架构,设计了电池无线网络追溯系统标签采集与传输的软硬件,实现了标签信号的获取和无线传输。

Abstract:Based on the material management of the manufacturing process and the optimum distribution of resources at a certain battery enterprise,by studying the ZigBee standard communication protocols and label scan technology,a Li-ion battery lab retrospection system based on ZigBee was presented,and the hardware and software of the label collection module was designed to achieve the label information acquisition and wireless transmission.
