| 摘 要： | 内皮功能障碍不仅是急性冠脉综合征的始动因子,而且是其基本病理过程易损斑块炎症破损的真正驱动因素.他汀类药物可通过提高内皮源性一氧化氮浓度、增加低密度脂蛋白的氧化阻力、抑制内皮细胞凋亡、动员骨髓内皮原祖细胞入血及扮演类似血管源性生长因子等非调脂的多向性效应,在急性冠脉综合征早期发挥保护内皮功能、抗炎、抗栓、阻遏甚至逆转粥样斑块的作用.进而快速彻底地改善其临床预后.

| Abstract: | The dysfunction of vascular endothelial is not only promoter of acute coronary syndromes but also a driving factor of their basic pathologic.Statins can increase oxydic resistance of LDL by improving the concentration of endogenous nitric oxide and mobilizing endothelial progenitor cells of bone marrow into blood.They play the role of analogic multi-directional effect of non lipid which is a kind of endogenous growth factor and inhibits the apoptosis of endothelial cells to protect the endothelial function.... |
