| 摘 要： | 以往纸业工程浆塔的做法,一般采用碳钢板,另加不锈钢内衬板做法,施工周期较长,不锈钢内衬板需做试漏试验,漏点检测麻烦,生产过程中不锈钢内衬板也容易脱落,检修费用高,并且耗时。现在采用新型材料：不锈钢复合板（Q235B＋316L）,在能推进施工进度和保证质量的前提下,还能大大减少生产检修费用。

| Abstract: | Engineering practice before paper pulp tower, the carbon steel lined with stainless steel plate method, the long construction period, stainless steel lin- ing hoard to do leakage test,leak detection,the production process of stainless steel lining plate is easy to fall off, the high cost of maintenance, and time consuming. now with new material：composite stainless steel plate, in advance the construction progress and ensure the quality of the project under the premise of, can greatly reduce the production cost of overhaul. |
