2,5-二烷氧甲硫基-1,3,4-噻二唑(TD-1,TD-2)的合成及其摩擦学性能

摘    要:合成了两种新的1,3,4 噻二唑衍生物:以36%盐酸、36%甲醛于室温下搅拌20min,40℃下加入2,5 二巯基 1,3,4 噻二唑,搅拌反应10~15min,分别加入正丁醇和苯甲醇,80℃下反应3~5h,分别得到2,5 二丁氧甲硫基 1,3,4 噻二唑(TD 1)和2,5 二苯甲氧甲硫基 1,3,4 噻二唑(TD 2),收率分别为776%和658%,经IR、1HNMR和元素分析结构正确。该衍生物具有良好的极压、减摩和抗磨损性能,承载能力在同等负荷和添加剂浓度下比丁辛基二硫代磷酸锌(T202)提高35%~45%,在高于300N负荷和浓度低于1%(w)的条件下,具有比T202和T307(硫磷酸复酯胺盐)更好的抗磨损性能。差热分析表明,该衍生物还具有良好的热稳定性,起始分解温度均在220℃以上。

Abstract:aq.HCl and 36% aq.HCHO are stirred at room temperature for 20min,then 2,5 thiohydoxy 1,3,4 thiadiazole is added and reacted at 40℃ for 10~15min.Two dialkoxymethylthio thiadiazole derivatives,2,5 di n butyloxymethylthio 1,3,4 thiadiazole (TD 1) and 2,5 ditolyoxymethylthio 1,3,4 thiadiazole (TD 2),are synthesized with n butanol and benzaldehyde at 80℃ for 3~5h in 77.6% and 65.8% yield respectively.And their structures are determined by IR, 1HNMR and elemenary analysis.The tribological properties of the derivatives are evaluated using a four ball test machine,and compared with those of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (T 202 ) and amine salt of thio phosphate complex ester( T 307 ).The results indicate that the compounds possess excellent extreme pressure,friction reduction and anti wear properties,the load carrying capacity of the compounds is increased by 35%~45% over that of T 202 ,the antiwear properties are similDar to those of T 202 and T 307 under 300N load,and they exhibit better antiwear properties than T 202 and T 307 above 300N load.The thermal stability analysis indicates that these compounds have good thermal stability,their first decomposition temperatures are all above 220℃.
