| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨闭合复位多枚空心钉固定治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：笔者所在科自1997年以来采用闭合复位多枚空心钉固定治疗35例青壮年股骨颈骨折患者，对术后患者骨折愈合情况及股骨头坏死情况进行随访。结果：所有病例均获随访，随访1年5个月～7年3个月，32例患者获得骨性愈合，平均愈合时间18周，骨折不愈合者3例。仅9例发生不同程度股骨头缺血坏死。结论：闭合复位多枚空心钉治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折能够取得较好的临床效果。术前良好的骨牵引、术中骨折精确复位、坚强固定及术后避免过早负重对骨折愈合及预防股骨头缺血坏死至关重要。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the femoral neck fracture in young adults treated by cannulated screws fixation.Mothod：From 1997, 35 eases of the femoral neck fracture in young adults were treated by eannulated screws fixation.Result：The mean followed up time was 26.5 months. The average fracture union time was 18 weeks. 3 patients had nonunion of the fractures.9 patients had ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Conclusion ： Cannulated screw fixat on is a good method to treat femoral neck fracture in young adults.Preoperative skeletal traction, good reduction, strong fixation and avoid premature weight-bearing are essential for fracture healing and prevention of ischemic necrosis of femoral head. |
