| 摘 要： | 目的：观察丁咯地尔联合依达拉奉治疗后循环脑梗死的疗效。方法：将70例后循环脑梗死患者随机分为试验组（35例）及对照组（35例），两组均给予拜阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予丁咯地尔联合依达拉奉注射液静脉滴注，10d为1个疗程。结果：试验组神经功能缺损评分在第5天、10天明显低于对照组俨〈0．05）。结论：丁咯地尔联合依达拉奉治疗后循环脑梗死疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of buflomedil combined with edaravone on posterior circulation cerebral infarction. Method：70 cases of posterior circulation cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into experimental group （35 cases） and control group （35 cases）. Two groups were both given aspirin, atorvastatin calcium tablets, and experimental group was additionally given buflomedil injection combined with edaravone injection for 10 days.Result： Neurological deficit score of experimental group at 5 days, 10 clays was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of buflomedil combined with edaravone on posterior circulation cerebral infarction is remarkable. |
