2013年我院消化系统口服药物使用状况分析

目的了解我院2013年消化系统口服药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用金额排序法和用药频度排序法,对我院2013年消化系统口服药物使用状况进行统计和分析。结果销售金额较大的是抗消化性溃疡药,占消化系统用药销售总额的63.65%;单品种销售金额前三的依次是雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片、雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊、枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片;DDDs排名前三的依次是苹果酸氯波比利片、枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片、雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片,同步性良好。结论消化性溃疡和胃肠道动力障碍是危害本地区居民的最常见消化系统疾病;我院消化系统口服药物品种结构相对稳定,能够满足我院临床用药的基本需求,药物使用基本合理。

UtilizatioN of oral digestive system drugs for our Hospital iN 2013

Objective To understand the current situation of oral drugs for digestive system in our hospital,so as to provide the reference for clinical rational usage of these drugs. MetHods The utilization data of the digestive system drugs for our hospital in 2013 were analyzed statistically by using the methods of consumption sum sequence and DDDs analy-sis. Results Consumption sum of anti-ulcer drugs which had occupied 63. 65% in that of digestive drugs took the domi-nate place;The top 3 digestive drugs in terms of consumption sum were Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric Coated Tablets,Rabe-prazole Sodium Enteric Coated Capsules and Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets,respectively;The top 3 digestive drugs in terms of DDDs were Clebopride Malate Tablets,Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets and Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric Coa-ted Tablets successively. CoNclusioN Peptic ulcer and gastrointestinal motility disorders had become the most important diseases to result in sickness in these areas;The structure and kind of digestive system drugs used in our hospital was too reasonable and stable to satisfy clinical actual needs,and the application and management of these drugs were reasonable.
