脑瘫患儿家长相关知识知晓率和需求调查

目的:了解脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)患儿家长对脑瘫相关知识知晓情况和需求。方法:随机抽取确诊脑瘫患儿的家庭并随机抽取等例数、条件类似的健康儿童的家庭作对照,采用统一的调查问卷,对其家长调查脑瘫相关知识知晓情况和需求;对脑瘫患儿的家长进行患儿诊疗前家长对脑瘫知识知晓情况的回顾调查。共调查家长426例,其中脑瘫组213例,父亲66例,母亲147例,文化程度为初中及初中以下54.9%,高中及高中以上45.1%;对照组213例,父亲71例,母亲142例,文化程度为初中及初中以下50.7%,高中及高中以上49.3%。结果:脑瘫知识知晓率脑瘫组(71.83%)高于对照组(6.10%),有显著性差异(P<0.05);脑瘫组知识均分(64.77分)高于对照组(37.24分);脑瘫组在患儿诊疗前知识均分(35.01分)与现在对照组知识均分(37.24分)无明显差异,提示脑瘫知识是在诊疗接触过程中获得。两组均有50%以上家长表示对脑瘫知识的需求,80%以上家长表示对预防知识需求,50%以上家长表示对"配备社区医疗服务中心专业技术医护人员"让脑瘫患儿就地长期康复治疗的意向。结论:广泛开展脑瘫防治知识的健康教育,健全社区医疗服务中心,有利于脑瘫的防治。

Study on the information of parent's knowledge and requirement about their children with cerebral palsy

Objective:To understand the information of parent's knowledge and requirement about their children with cerebral palsy.Methods:The equal random samples from the families whose children with cerebral palsy and from the family with healthy children were obtained to make the comparison between two groups.The parent's knowledge and requirement about their child with cerebral palsy and those before the diagnosis and treatment were compared.Among the investigated 426 parents,there were 213 people in the first group,including 66 fathers,147 mothers.As for their education level,the percentage of junior high school and below was 54.9%,the percentage of senior high school and beyond the senior high school was 45.07%.There were 213 people in the second group,including 71 fathers,142 mothers.As for their education level,the percentage of junior high school and below was 50.70%,the percentage of senior high school and beyond was 49.30%.Results:The knowing rate of the first group(71.83%) was higher than that of the second group(6.10%)(P<0.05).The average score in the first group(64.77) was higher than that of second group(37.24).The average score of the first group before the diagnosis and treatment of their child(35.01) has no obvious differences from that of the second group(37.24).The people acquired the knowledge of the cerebral palsy during the diagnosis and treatment process.More than 50% parents in the two groups hoped to understand cerebral palsy;More than 80% parent hoped to have the knowledge of prevention;More than 50% parent hoped to own the professional medical technique personnel from the community medical treatment service center,and to let the sick children have the on-the-spot treatment over a long period.Conclusion:The healthy education of cerebral palsy prevention and treatment extensively should be carried on to improve the level of the community medical treatment service center to promote the prevention and treatment of cerebral palsy.
