股方肌损伤的诊断与治疗

目的：探讨利用肌筋膜触发点疼痛理论对股方肌损伤进行诊断和中西医结合分期综合治疗的疗效。方法：将坐骨结节外缘均有触发点疼痛的62例患者以发病1个月为界限,急性期采取推拿加理疗、触发点注射;慢性期采取针刀加理疗为主,均配合股方肌牵张锻炼和服用维生素的方法治疗。结果：治疗前VAS平均评分为（4.95±1.19）分,治疗后VAS平均评分为（0.15±0.44）分,治疗前、后平均VAS有显著性差异（t=29.78,P〈0.001）。总有效率为100%。结论：利用肌筋膜触发点疼痛理论对股方肌损伤进行诊断并采取中西医结合分期综合治疗,具有十分现实的临床应用价值和良好的疗效。

The diagnosis and treatment to damage of quadratus femoris

Objective： To observe the diagnosis of quadratus femoris damage with myofascial trigger point＇pain theory and the efficacy of by stage comprehensive treatment in integrated traditional and western medicine.Methods： Within a month,62 patients with trigger point pain in the rim of ischial tuberosity.In acute stage massage and physical therapy,trigger point injection were used;in chronic stage acupotomye with physical therapy,and all cooperate with taking quadratus femoris stretch exercise and Vitamin.Results： Pretherapy VAS average score was（4.95±1.19）,post-treatment VAS average score was（0.15±0.44）,the average score of VAS had a significant difference in before and after the treatment（t=29.78,P〈0.001）,total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion： Using myofascial trigger point＇ pain theory for diagnosing of quadra-tus femoris damage and taking stage comprehensive treatment in integrated traditional and western medicine have a realis-tic clinical value and good effective.
