摘    要:目的探讨CT引导下碘-125放射性粒子植入治疗恶性肿瘤的技术要点及辐射防护。方法设定合适的CT扫描参数,配合临床医生进行碘-125放射性离子植入瘤区,手术过程中配备铅衣,铅围裙等防护设备对手术医生及患者采取辐射防护,减少照射剂量。结果在CT引导下,放射科技师协助临床医生成功完成了82例恶性肿瘤患者的碘-125放射性粒子植入。瘤区放射性粒子分布情况良好,2个月后患者体内肿瘤均得到有效控制。结论CT引导下碘-125放射性粒子植入是一种准确有效的恶性肿瘤治疗技术,植入过程中应注意医务人员和患者的辐射防护。

Implantation of Iodine-125 Seeds Guided by CT and Radiation Protection
Abstract:Objective To explore the technical points and radiation protection of the implantation of iodine-125 seeds in the treatment of malignant tumors which is guided by CT. Methods The suitable CT scanning parameters were set up. The iodine-125 seeds were implanted in the tumorous region by a co-operation of clinician and radiologic technician with the guide of CT scanning. For the purpose of decreasing the irradiation dose of doctors and patients,lead clothing,apron,and so on,also were used in operation. Results The iodine-125 seeds were implanted successfully in 82 malignant tumors by a guide of CT scanning that were well distribution in the tumorous region. The lesion of all patients was suppressed effectively after 2 months. Conclusion Implantation of iodine-125 seeds guided by CT is an accurate and effective treatment technic for the malignant tumors. The radiation protection of the medical workers and patients should be emphasized in operation.
