| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法测定附子理中丸中新乌头碱、乌头碱、次乌头碱的含量，在碱性条件下用乙醚提取，以ＯＤＳ－Ｃ_（１８）为固定相，甲醇－水－氯仿－二乙胺（７０：３０：３：０．２）为流动相，用外标法进行定量分析，其平均回收率：新乌头碱９７．８％，ＲＳＤ＝１．６９％，乌头碱９６．０％，ＲＳＤ＝２．４１％；次乌头碱９６．７％，ＲＳＤ＝１．９８％。本法快速简便，准确灵敏，可作为双酯型乌头碱的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | The contents of mesaconitine,aconititle and hypaconitine in Fuzhilizhong Pills were determined by HPLC,These samples were extracted by ether under the basic condition,then quantitatively analysed by present-area method using ODS-C18 as solid-phase,methanol -water-chloroform-diethylamine(70 :30 :3 :0.2)as mobile phase. The recoveries for mesaconitine was 97.8%(RSD=1.69%),foraconitine was 96.0%(RSD=2. 41%),for hypaconitine was 96.8%(RSD=1. 98%).This method is quick and simple,accurate and sensitive, and available as a determination method for di-ester type of aconitine. |
