| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代末,黄金租赁作为创新产品被引入市场,并迅速成为世界范围内广泛运用的黄金衍生品工具;其成功运用,大大增加了全球黄金市场的流动性和透明度,使黄金市场的各参与方形成多赢。文中在介绍黄金租赁的同时,对其在世界黄金市场中的地位和作用进行了分析,并对中国发展黄金租赁业务提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In the 1980s, gold leasing, as an innovation product, was introduced into the financial market and it became a world-wide gold derivation tool quickly. Its successful application enhanced the fluidity and transparency of the world gold market greatly. And it makes the participants multi-winning. The paper introduces the status and effect of gold leasing in the world gold market. And some suggestions are proposed for gold leasing development in China. |
