| 摘 要： | 目的探讨流行性脑脊髓膜炎（简称流脑）患者早期病程的典型表现。方法分析冬、春两季两院收治的35例确诊流脑患者的临床症状和确诊时间。结果35例流脑患者高热、脑膜刺激征34例,占总数的97.14%;皮肤出血点压片染色镜检阳性就率87.5%;24 h内脑脊液涂片阳性率24.7%;24 h-5 d脑膜炎革兰氏阴性双球菌检出率为61%-75%。结论患者临床表现及皮肤出血点压片染色镜检是流脑早期诊断的重要指标、24 h内脑脊液检查在早期诊断上意义较小。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the character of DCSM in early stage.Methods The clinical materials of 35 cases of such patients in winter and spring seasons were analyzed in symptoms and diagnostic time.Results 34 cases had high fever and stimuli symptom(97.14%).The positive rate of skin hemorrhage stain was 87.5%.The positive rate of cerebrospinal fluid stain was 24.7% within 24 hours.There was 61～75% in positive rate of stain of G-.Conclusion Skin hemorrhage spot stain might be important index for early diagnosis of DCSM but not within 24 h. |
