| 摘 要： | 实现高校科技优势向产业优势转化,也是高校由研究型大学向创业型大学的转变过程。协同创新中心将高校与企业原本松散的合作关系紧密绑定,将促进更多通过企业委托合作的短线、单方面形式逐渐进化为长效、联合的形式。

| Abstract: | How to turn the scientific and technical achievements by colleges and universities to industrial strength? It's also seems the process of transformation from research universities to entrepreneurial university. The collaborative innovation centers combine colleges and universities with enterprises tightly, which helps change the short and unilateral way by commission cooperation to long-lasting and associated one. |
