基于伏邪理论治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

目的探讨伏邪理论中药汤剂用于治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床意义和药理分析。方法选取2019年1月—2020年8月在沈阳市第六人民医院收治的50例慢性乙型肝炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组25例,对照组25例,对照组常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上采取伏邪理论中药汤剂进行治疗,比较2组患者HBeAg血清转换率,HBV DNA下降率,以及肝纤维化指标,即LN、HA、CIV以及PCⅢ指标。结果试验组患者治疗后患者HBeAg血清转换率、HBV DNA下降率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者治疗LN、HA、CIV以及PCⅢ指标低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者,采用伏邪理论指导下的中药汤剂治疗,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Based on Hidden Pathogen Theory

Objective To explore the clinical significance and pharmacological analysis of Chinese medicine decoction of hidden pathogen theory in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods From January 2019 to August 2020 in Shenyang Sixth People’s Hospital,50 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into experimental group(n=25)and control group(n=25)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction based on traditional treatment.The HBeAg serum conversion rate and HBV DNA decline rate of the two groups were compared.And liver fibrosis index,namely LN,HA,CIV and PCⅢindex Results After treatment,HBeAg serum conversion rate and HBV DNA decline rate in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),LN,HA,CIV and PCⅢindexes in experimental group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of hidden pathogen theory,Chinese herbal decoction has a remarkable clinical effect on patients with chronic hepatitis B,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
