转炉倾斜侧吹射流流场模型与计算

摘    要:对彭一川教授的转炉倾斜侧吹射流轨迹的修正模型进行计算。依照射流规律,做相应近似假设,分析求解得到理论喷吹水平深度、理论喷吹垂直深度、理论射流搅拌范围和理论速度场分布情况。推导得出理论喷吹最佳倾角,并依据转炉实际工况和尺寸,研究了实际最佳喷射倾角。

Abstract:The modified model of converter tilting side-blown jet trajectory developed by Prof.Peng Yichuan is calculated.In accordance with the law of the jet and approximation the theoretical vertical and horizontal depth of side-blown jet theoretical stirring volume and the velocity field distributions of jet are analyzed and calculated,the optimized tilting angle of jet is deduced,and the actual jet angle according to actual conditions and the size of the converter is obtained.
