显微外科技术整复唇裂的远期效果观察

目的:评价应用显微外科技术整复唇裂的临床效果,提出唇裂显微外科整复术的微创概念.方法:在2.0～3.0X的便携式手术显微镜下,采用现代显微外科技术对165例3个月至6岁唇裂患儿进行唇裂显微外科整复手术,术后1年观察随访,评价临床效果.结果:术后随访例数151例,随访率91.5%;2例因患儿术后唇部瘢痕较明显、2例红唇出现复裂,其余患者整复效果理想或整复效果明显改善.结论:唇裂整复手术中的微创理念非常重要,显微外科技术整复唇裂能达到更为精细的手术整复和理想的手术效果.

Long-term Effects of Cleft Lip Repaire by Microsurgical Technlque

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of cleft lip repaire by microsurgical technique and present mini-invasive concept of microsurgical plasty for cheiloplasty.Methods: 165 cases with cleft lip from 3 months to 6 years old were repaired by microsurgical technique under 2.0 to 3.0 power portable operating microscope and clinical effects were evaluated after 1 year.Results: 151 cases were followed up and the follow-up ratio was 91.5%.Significant scar was seen in 2 cases and vermilion was clefted in 2 cases postoperhtively.The remains gained ideal and pleased facial appearance as well as oral function.Conclusion: It is very important for surgeons to set a concept of micro-operation in cleft lip operation,and the application of microsurgical technique is proved to be an effective treatment.
