摘    要:为解决当前地下空间开发适宜性评价中地上地下指标割裂考虑及指标状态对整体权重影响被忽视的问题,结合熵权和变权思想提出一种改进熵权法三维评价流程。以广东琶洲岛、东莞滨海湾新区和南通重点规划区为实例,构建了符合三者地质特征的惩罚型状态变权函数,基于Petrel建立三维地质模型,采用Kriging法全域模拟,最后从数理统计、整体模型和局部剖面层次对改进熵权法前后结果进行对比分析。结果表明:熵权法可有效将地上地下指标纳入评价体系,改进熵权法相较单一熵权法在保证整体分布准确基础上对局部细节刻画有明显优势;三个研究区评价结果模型与当前城市发展现状吻合度高,验证了改进熵权法先进性、科学性与实用性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that above-ground and underground indicators are considered separately and the influences of the index state on the overall weight are neglected in the evaluation of the suitability of underground space development, a three-dimensional evaluation process is put forward to improve the entropy weight method in combination with the idea of entropy weight and variable weight model. Taking Guangdong's Pazhou Island, Dongguan's Binhaiwan New Area, and Nantong's Key Planning Area as examples, a penalized state variational weight function that fits the geological characteristics of the three areas was constructed. A 3D geological model was established based on Petrel, Kriging method full domain simulation was adopted. Finally, the results before and after improvement from mathematical statistics, overall model and local profile level were compared and analyzed. The results show that the entropy weight method can effectively incorporate the above-ground and underground indicators into the evaluation system. Compared with the single entropy weight method, the improved entropy weight method has obvious advantages in depicting local details on the basis of ensuring the accuracy of overall distribution. The evaluation result models of the three research areas are in good agreement with the current situation of urban development, which verifies the advancement, scientific and practicability of improved entropy weight method.
