| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的中医学教育已经形成多层次、多专业、多形式并存的教育体系,为中医事业培养了大批中医人才.中医从业人员数量逐年增加,但从社会和医疗机构的反馈信息来看,中医人才质量下降却是一个不争的事实,这使得我们不得不反思目前中医人才培养方式方法是否存在欠缺.本文对古代中医教育方式特点进行简要回顾,探讨其对改进当前中医学教学方式、方法的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | At present, our education of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）has formed a multilevel, multi - form, multispecialty coexist in the educational system, and train a large number of talents for the cause of Chinese medicine of TCM. The number of TCM practitioners is in creasing year by year, but the feedback information from the sodal and medical institutions, it is an indisputable fact that decreased the talent quality, which makes us have to rethink the Chinese talent cultivation methods are inadequate. In this paper, the characteristics of the ancient TCM education are briefly reviewed, on the improvement of theTCM teaching mode,method. |
