伊木萨克片对异常黏液质型阳痿病证大鼠模型性腺轴调节作用的形态学研究

摘    要:目的:研究伊木萨克片对异常黏液质阳痿病证大鼠性腺轴形态学的影响,探寻其对生殖激素调节作用的形态学基础。方法取90只性功能正常雄性 SD 大鼠,其中10只为正常对照组,余80只为造模组,采用芫荽实+菠菜实+湿寒性环境的干预条件建立异常黏液质证候模型,20 w 后从证候模型中筛出阳痿病证模型,并将其分为病证模型组、药物干预组,干预2 w 后,观察下丘脑、垂体和睾丸形态学变化。结果(1)下丘脑:正常组组织结构与细胞形态完好。病证模型组基质疏松,呈网状结构,轻度水肿;超微结构可见,神经胶质细胞基质密度下降,核周隙增宽,线粒体水肿呈空泡样病变,内质网扩张,神经元核膜界线不清,线粒体基质密度下降,粗面内质网扩张。药物干预组得到一定程度修复。(2)垂体:正常组结构完好。病证模型组基质疏松,轻度水肿;超微结构可见,内质网明显扩张,线粒体普遍空泡样变。药物干预组细胞排列紧密,粗面内质网扩张减少,有一定修复。(3)睾丸:正常组结构完好。病证模型组可见生精小管明显变形,各级生精细胞数量明显减少,间质减少;超微结构显示,生精细胞数量减少且排列紊乱,可见有精原细胞、精母细胞核固缩,精子细胞界限模糊不清。药物干预组生精细胞数量明显增多,支持细胞增加,管腔内可见一定数量的精子。结论异常黏液质型阳痿病证大鼠性腺轴形态学可发生明显改变,维药伊木萨克片有促进其修复的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of Yimusake on gonad axis morphological changes of abmormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease rats model induced by Uyghur medicine.Methods Ninety normal mature male SD rats were selected in the study,10 of them were randomly chosen as the control group;other 80 were treated with spinach and coriander diet in a cold and humid environment until the model of abnormal balgam syndrome was established.Rat biological characterization was observed about 20 weeks until establishment of abnormal balgam syndrome model,then through APO erectile experiment and mating experiment,the rats were randomly divided into abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model group and medication disproof group of abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model.After 2 weeks disproof,we detected the morphological changes of hypothalamus,pituitary and testis.Results (1)Hypothalamus:stucture was normal in normal control group.Matrix was loose,mild edema,ultrastructure showed,the glial cell matrix density decreased,mitochondria edema was in cavity changes,endoplasmic reticulum expanded,nuclear membrane of neurons was not clear,mitochondrial matrix density decreased,rough endoplasmic reticulum expanded.Minor repaired in medication disproof group of abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model.(2)Pituitary:stucture was normal in normal control group.Matrix was loose,mild edema,ultrastructures showed endoplasmic reticulum ex-panded,mitochondria was in cavity changes.Minor repaired in medication disproof group of abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model.(3)Testis:stucture was normal in normal control group. Seminiferous ducts were obviously deformed,interstitial decreased,number and layers of sperm cells significantly reduced.Ultrastructures showed decreased number and disordered arrangement of sperm cells, nuclear pyknosis of spermatagonial cells and spermatocytes,unclear boundaries of sperm cell.Minor repaired in medication disproof group of abnormal balgam s
