新疆某三甲综合医院文化建设现状调查研究

目的：探讨新疆某三甲综合医院文化建设现状及存在的问题。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法，对新疆某三甲综合医院720名工作人员进行问卷调查，内容包含物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化4个纬度共31个子纬度，通过Epidate31．软件进行录入，采用SPSS190．软件进行数据分析。结果新疆某三甲综合医院文化建设总体状况较好，均值为3．67分；物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化建设均得分依次为3．41、38．3、37．9、36．5分。物质文化方面比较欠缺，制度文化和精神文化方面具有本院独有特色，行为文化则是医院文化建设的典范。结论积极稳妥地推进医院文化建设，突出物质文化建设民族特色，加强精神文化的榜样建设，推进‘以人为本’的管理制度，提高全员行为素质。

A survey on hospital culture development in a first-class hospital

Objective To investigate the present situation of hospital culture and problems in the construc-tion of hospital culture .Methods 720 staff members in a first-class hospital were given a questionnaire , w hich included questions about material culture ,behavior culture ,institutional culture and spiritual cul-ture .The data was analyzed by the software of SPSS19 0. .Results The overall hospital culture develop-ment is satisfactory .The average score is 3 .67 .The score of material culture ,behavior culture ,system culture and spiritual culture is 3 4.1 ,3 8.3 ,3 7.9 and 3 6.5 .T he material culture needs improving .Spiritual culture and institutional culture has its unique characteristics .Behavior culture has been developed satisfac-torily .Conclusion Active hospital culture building should be promoted and facilitated .The uniqueness in hospital culture should be highlighted .The construction of spiritual culture needs strengthening .“People-oriented” management should be reinforced with the aim of improving the quality of the overall working staff behavior .
