| 摘 要： | 应用流式细胞仪检测２２例大肠癌患者外周血淋巴细胞ＩＬ一２受体（ＩＬ一２Ｒ）表达。结果表明：大肠癌患者ＩＬ一２Ｒ表达能力明显低下，低下程度与肿瘤病期早晚有关，而与肿瘤部位无关。早期大肠癌（ＤｕｋｅｓＡ，Ｂ期）ＩＬ一２Ｒ表达基本正常，而中晚期大肠癌（ＤｕｋｅｓＣ，Ｄ期）ＩＬ一２Ｒ表达显著低下。ＩＬ一２Ｒ表达低下可能会削弱肿瘤宿主对ＩＬ一２治疗的反应。

IL-2RECPPTOR(IL-2R)ESP-RESSION of peripheral blood lymphocytes of
22patient with colorectal cancer the degtee of depression is related
to the stage fo cancer but notto the site of cancer the middle and
late stage cancer had significantly lower espression of il-2r
compared with early stage cancer and normal volunteers the lower
espression of il-23r compared with early stage cancer and normal
volunteers the lower espressionf il-2r of pbl may diminish the
effectof immunotherapy with il-2 |
