1例泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染患者的药学监护

目的：探讨临床药师为临床提供药学服务的方式。方法：临床药师参与1例泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染患者治疗方案的制定。结果：抗感染专业临床药师利用自己的专业知识,针对感染泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染,提出采用亚胺培南/西司他丁钠联合多西环素抗感染治疗;当出现过敏反应时,及时建议停用可疑药物多西环素,做到合理用药。结论：临床药师利用丰富的临床用药知识和正确的临床思维,将自己的药学知识与患者的临床特点有机结合起来,可为临床解决实际问题。临床药师参与用药方案的制定及药品不良反应的监护,可保证患者用药安全、有效。

Pharmaceutical Care for One Case of Pan-Drug Resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii Pulmonary Infection

OBJECTIVE：To explore the mode for clinical pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care. METHODS： Clinical pharmacists took part in the formulation of therapeutic regimen for 1 case of pan-drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii pulmonary infection. RESULTS： The clinical pharmacists specialized in anti-infective therapy took advantage of their expertise to come up with anti-infective therapy with imipenem/cilastatin sodium plus doxycycline to treat pan-drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii pulmonary infection and suggest withdrawal of the suspected drug doxycycline in the presence of allergic reaction so as to achieve rational use of drugs. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists＇ involvement in the formulation of therapeutic regimen and monitoring on adverse drug reactions can ensure patients＇ safe and effective medication.
