| 摘 要： | 培养国际化人才是我国开放性经济发展的迫切需要，作为国际化人才培养主体的高校，在对现有人才培养方案进行国际化改革中，需要确定好理念与基本原则，来保证国际化人才培养的质量。本文结合大连民族学院国际经济与贸易专业国际化人才培养方案的设计，阐述了国际化人才培养方案的设计理念，从6个方面论述了国际化人才培养方案的设计原则与方法。
