| Abstract: | In the recent decades, there have been many research reports of the fabrication techniques of low-voltage ZnO varistors . The different fabrication techniques of low-voltage ZnO varistors were classified and reviewed according to their theoretical basis, and furthermore, the development trends of the fabrication techniques of low-voltage ZnO varistors were preliminarily prospected in this paper. |
