基于短信控制的视频监控研究

基于3G远程视频监控系统伴随着我国移动通信技术的发展,3G服务能够同时传送声音及数据信息,速率一般在几百比特率以上。基于IP技术的短信网络远程视频监控也应运而生。手机短信远程遥控利用手机无线网络——3G来实现对视频监控装置的启动关闭,个人电子计算作为输出终端接收视频画面,这使视频监控实现了远程化实时化。对于误码率、切换效率、时延、带宽稳定性等方面有了显著的提高。

Study on Message Control-based Vidio Surveillance

With the development of China＇s mobile communication technology, 3G service could simultaneously transmit voice and data information at the rates of generally more than several hundreds kbps. The SMS network remote video surveillance based on IP technology emerges as the times demand. Remote control of mobile-phone messages uses the mobile wireless network - 3G to start or close the video surveillance devices, while the personal electronic calculation is taken as the output terminal to receive the video, thus realizing real-time long-range video surveillance, including remarkable improvement of BER, handover efficiency, latency, bandwidth, stability and so on.
