血府逐瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效分析

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果和安全性。方法将2012年3月至2012年12月我科收治的64例子宫肌瘤患者随机分成对照组和治疗组两组,每组32例。对照组患者仅接受米非司酮治疗,治疗组患者接受血府逐瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗,治疗6个周期后观察并比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗结束后,治疗组的总有效率(90.6%)显著高于对照组(75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血清P、FSH、LH以及E2水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),但两组之间血清P、FSH、LH以及E2含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的子宫和肌瘤体积均较治疗前显著缩小,且治疗组子宫和肌瘤体积缩小的幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤较单用米非司酮临床疗效较好。

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of XueFu-ZhuYu Decoction Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of XueFu-ZhuYu Decoction combined with mifeprist0ne treating 64 patients with uterine fibroids. Methods 64 patients with uterine fibroids were divided randomly into two groups, the control group （n=32） was treated with mifepristone while the treating group （n=32） was treated XueFu-ZhuYu Decoction combined with nfifepristone, after treating 6 periods, comparing the clinical effect and side effects between two groups. Results The total effect rate in treating group （90.6%） is superior to that （75%） in the control group, which is significantly statistical （P〈0.05）; after accepting treatment, the level of the P, FSH, LH, E2 statistically decrease comparing that before treatment （P〈0.05）; there is no statistical difference comparing the level of the P, FSH, LH, E2 after accepting treatment between two groups （P〉 0.05）; the treating group as well as the control group shrink the volume of uterine and uterine fibroids, which is statistical （P〈0.05）; Comparing the shrink gap of volume of uterine and uterine fibroids between two groups, both of the volume of uterine and uterine fibroids in the treating group drop more remarkably than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The curative effect of XueFu-ZhuYu Decoction combined with mifepristone treating uterine fibroids is better than that treated only by mifepristone.
