| 摘 要： | 为改变原始、时效性差的生产管理模式，华北油田分公司第四采油厂率先建立了快速反应机制。以各级生产曲线和不正常井筛选为主体的快速反应软件，与先进的计算机网络技术和逐步完善的管理制度相结合，为采油四厂原油产量的踏线运行立下了汗马功劳。
