摘    要:主要是对某微车的后悬架的钢板弹簧的结构进行设计,并进行CAE分析与实验验证。首先根据底盘布置的空间、轮跳量以及性能要求等得到悬架钢板弹簧的板长、刚度等作为设计输入条件,设计计算满足所选材料强度等要求而得到板簧的各个参数。然后建立三维模型并CAE分析其强度、刚度。最后对样件进行台架实验与测试,验证前期的设计计算与分析的结果。对比各结果均较为接近,从而证实此设计方法的可行性。

Abstract:The Mini ear leaf spring structure of suspension was mainly designed, and on CAE analysis and experimental verification. First of all, according to the chassis layout space, wheel jump quantity and the performance requirements and so on, it can be know the suspension' s leaf spring long, stiffness and so on, as design input condition, to design and calculate meet the selected material strength requirements for all parameters of the leaf sping. And then the three dimensional model was constructed and on CAE analysis of the strength and stiffness. Finally, to sample bench experiment and testing, so that to check the results of earlier stage design calculation and analysis. If Contrast the results are more close, confirmed this design method is feasible.
