摘    要: 综述了高温环烷酸腐蚀的机理、影响因素和腐蚀试验方法的研究进展。认为原油类型和组成、操作温度、设备材质、流速流态、操作时间等对环烷酸腐蚀有着重要的影响。基于最新研究进展,设计并建立了一套模拟高温、高流速状态的环烷酸腐蚀模拟装置,可实现原油在450 ℃下以100 m/s的流速冲刷样品的试验条件。

Abstract:The corrosion mechanism of naphthenic acid in crude oil, influence factors and progresses in test methods at high temperature were summarized. It was found that the crude oil types, compositions, operation temperature, materials of construction, fluid velocity and operating time had great influence on the naphthenic acid corrosion. A set of device for simulating naphthenic acid corrosion under high temperature and high flow rate was designed and set up based on the latest research progresses. This set of simulation device could provide test conditions under a crude oil temperature of 450℃ and a scouring speed of 100 m/s to meet the demands of high temperature erosion-corrosion experiments.
