基于《本草纲目》的中毒解救思想研究

目的:研究《本草纲目》中毒解救思想内容、作用机理以及应用。方法:以全面总结了中国16世纪以前本草学成就的集大成之作《本草纲目》为研究范畴,对其中毒解救相关文献进行梳理和归纳,研究总结出其中蕴含的中毒解救思想。结果:《本草纲目》中毒解救的内容包括解金石毒、解药毒、解酒毒和解食毒;中毒解救的机理可以概括为四个方面:作用相抵、导毒外出、振奋阳明和以毒攻毒;《本草纲目》中毒解救的思想应用在中毒后解救;药物的炮制以及中毒的预防等方面。结论:中毒解救思想是中药药物警戒理论的重要组成部分,《本草纲目》中有关中毒解救的内容十分丰富,经验十分宝贵,值得我们认真研究挖掘和继承。

Study on Thoughts of Poisoning Rescue in "Compendium of Materia Medica"

Objective:To study the content,mechanism and application of the thoughts of poisoning rescue in "Compendium of Materia Medica".Methods:The paper takes "Compendium of Materia Medica" as the research category,which is the herbalism masterpiece of China in the 16th century ago,and reviews and sums up the thoughts of poisoning rescue in it.Results:There are lots of poisoning rescue contents in "Compendium of Materia Medica" including metal and stone poisoning,drug poisoning,wine poisoning and food poisoning.The mechanism of poisoning rescue can be summarized into four aspects,namely,effects cancel each other out,exporting the poison,encouraging Yangming and combating poison with poison.The thoughts are used in poisoning rescue,drug processing and poisoning prevention.Conclusion:The thought of poisoning rescue is the important part of the Chinese traditional medicine pharmacovigilance theory.The poisoning rescue contents in "Compendium of Materia Medica" are very rich and the poisoning rescue experiences are very precious,which are worthy of study and inheritance.
