骨桥蛋白和环氧化酶-2在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨骨桥蛋白（OPN）和环氧化酶-2（COX-2）在膀胱尿路上皮癌的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对经手术切除,同时由病理证实、资料完整的50例膀胱尿路上皮癌和10例正常膀胱组织标本的石蜡包埋组织切块进行OPN和COX-2表达的检测。结果 OPN和COX-2在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的阳性表达率为82%和80%,OPN在正常膀胱黏膜中不表达,COX-2在正常膀胱黏膜中的表达率为10%。其表达随肿瘤病理分级、临床分期的增高和肿瘤复发而增强,高级别肿瘤的表达高于低级别肿瘤,浸润型肿瘤明显高于表浅型肿瘤,两者表达水平之间呈正相关关系（P=0.001）。结论 OPN和COX-2有望成为判定膀胱尿路上皮癌恶性程度及复发的新靶点。

The expression and clinical significance of OPN and COX-2 in urothelial carcinoma of bladder

Objective To detect the protein expression of OPN and COX-2 in BUC and to understand their relativity and clinical significance.Methods The expression of OPN,and COX-2 was examined by Streptavidin-Peroxidase(SP) immunohisto-chemistry in 60 paraffin-embedded tissue specimens in which 50 samples were from urothelial carcinoma of bladder and 10 samples were from normal bladder tissues.Bladder cancer samples were obtained from surgically-resected specimens.All these cancers were diagnosed pathologically.Results...
