摘    要:研制了一种以磺基水杨酸为添加剂的常温、高效、耐腐蚀型磷化液。通过正交实验,得到磷化液最佳配方:5.0g/氧化锌,10.0mL/L磷酸,0.20g/L磺基水杨酸,0.50g/L氯酸钾,0.1g/L络合剂,0.20g/L柠檬酸,0.15g/L钼酸盐0.50g/L硝酸镍。分析了磷化膜层的表面形貌及电化学特征测定了该膜层的耐蚀性与膜重,并对磺基水杨酸的作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明,该磷化液性能优良;磺基水杨酸可以与Fe3 配位,加快磷化反应速率,缩短磷化成膜时间,提高磷化膜的耐蚀性。

Abstract:A room-temperature, high-efficiency and corrosion resistant phosphating solution was developed with sulfosalicylic acid as an additive. The optimal formula of the phosphating solution was obtained by orthogonal test as fo- llows: 5.0 g/L of zinc oxide, 10.0 mL/L of phosphoric acid,0.20 g/L of sulfosalicylic acid,0.50 g/L of potassium chlorate, 0.1 g/L of complexant,0.20 g/L of citric acid, 0.15 g/L of molybdate,0.50 g/L of nickel nitrate. The surface morphology and electrochemical characteristic of the phosphating film were analyzed. The corrosion resistance and weight of the film were measured. The action mechanism of sulfosalicylic acid was also discussed. The results show that the phosphating film has good performance; sulfosalicylic acid can complex with Fe~ 3 , thus speeding up the rate of phosphating reaction and resulting in shortening the formation time of the phosphating film, leading to the improved corrosion resistance of the film.
