摘    要:本文介绍了在上海市中环线北虹路下立交工程中,结合工程实际,应用了创新的管幕结合箱涵顶进的施工工法-RBJ工法(roof-box jacking method),并详细介绍了该工程钢管幕顶进高精度姿态控制、网格工具头设计、箱涵推进的顶力控制、箱涵推进中地表变形控制及箱涵姿态控制等关键技术,可为相关工程的设计、施工提供参考.

Abstract:The tunnel of Shanghai center ring located in the intersection of Hongxu-Beihong road is the first case to adopt pipe roof construction method in China, and also the largest tunnel section engineering of pipe roof in soft saturated layer in the world. Based on this case, a creative method of jacking cultivate box witin pipe roof is presented, which is called RBJ construction method (roof-box jacking method). The following aspects are introduced in details to present reference for resemble project in design and construction: these are high-accuracy attitude control of pipe jacking, gridding design method, jacking resisting force control and ground deformation and box attitude control techniques.
