摘    要:针对我国某钢厂的板坯连铸结晶器,采用1:1的水模型研究了拉速、水口浸入深度、水口出口倾角以及结晶器宽度对结晶器液面波动和表面流速的影响,并对这些工艺参数提出了一些优化建议.

Abstract:According to the continuous casting mold of a plant,the water mold was made in the proportion of 1:1 from slab mold.The effects of casting speed,nozzle submergence depth,nozzle angle and mold width on the fluctuation level and surface speed in the slab caster mold were studied.Some technological advices were put forward to optimize the operating parameters.
