山西省榆社县改善生育卫生需求评估——参与性农村评估调查总结

１９９８年１１月，国家卫生部改善生育卫生服务山西课题组运用参与性农村评估（ＰＲＡ）对山西省榆社县经济状况好，中、差的３个行政村进行了参与性生育卫生服务需求评估调查。调查结果表明：（１）产前检查、新法接生、产后访视等常规孕产期保健服务的利用较差，妇女生育健康水平较低；（２）孕产妇及其丈夫，家属均缺乏孕产期保健、妇女生殖道感染等生育健康知识，同时她／他们也迫切需要了解这些知识。建议：（１）加强健康教育

A Reproductive Health Needs Assessments in Yushe County of Shanxi Province:the Final Report of PRA

As a sub-study of the Reproductive Health Improvement Program that supported by the China Ministry of Public Health and Ford Foundation, this study was designed to assess reproductive health needs of rural women. The date was gathered from 3 villages at different economical levels. The major findings show that utilization of the prenatal, delivery and postnatal care are at extremely low level in the 3 villages. Meanwhile, the pregnant women and their husbands are lack of essential knowledge,as well as they hope to get this knowledge with various kinds of methods.The major findings suggest that (1)En-hance the reproductive health education and health promotion. (2) Training for health providers on essential reproductive health service to improve quality of reproductive services, in order to promote utilization of hospital delivery. (3) Pay more attention to promote male's participation in reproductive health.
