| 摘 要： | 随着社会的变革，要保持教育的有效性，作为教育活动的主要参与——教师，其素质也应做出相应的变化。高师生是未来的教师。本拟根据未来社会的基本特征及未来受教育自身的一些新特点，提出培养一种适合社会及个体发展的新型教师模型——“人性化”的高师生的构想。

| Abstract: | With the progressive social reform, the qualities of teachers, who are the main participants of educational activities, should be adapted to maintain the effectiveness of education. Moreover, normal college students are to be the future teachers, the paper is designed to put forward an idea of cultivating a new model of teachers suitable to social and personal developments, a conception to humanize the normal college students, according to the basic characteristics of the futures society and also the new features of the future learners. |
