| 摘 要： | 深入分析了生产实践中影响高线尺寸精度的主要因素，介绍了用于高速线材轧机尺寸精度控制的计算机专家系统的开发过程。该系统的应用可以取代传统的轧机调整的经验方法，利用计算机计算并优化调整压下和速度参数等，在不同钢种、不同规格的高速线材生产中都能确保产品的尺寸精度。

| Abstract: | The main factors for affecting the dimension accuracy of the high speed wire rod during its practical operation have been analyzed in this article ,and also the development process of the computer system for controlling the dimension accuracy of the high speed wire rod mill has been described as well. To optimize the adjusting screw down and the speed parameters by the computer shall ensure the dimension accuracy of the wire rod products for different steel grade and specifications . |
