| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合康复训练治疗中风偏瘫侧足内翻的临床疗效。方法将60例中风偏瘫侧足内翻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合康复训练治疗,对照组采用单纯康复训练治疗,比较两组治疗前后痉挛程度、肢体运动功能及日常生活能力。结果治疗组治疗后Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分及日常生活能力积分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗后Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分及日常生活能力积分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后日常生活能力等级优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论针刺配合康复训练是治疗中风偏瘫侧足内翻一种有效的方法。
