摘    要:铁磁性工件在载荷的作用下,应力和变形集中区会产生最大的漏磁场变化,金属磁记忆技术可有效判断套管应力集中区.对漏磁场法向分量的测定可以准确地推断工件的应力集中区.井下的恶劣环境对磁记忆系统提出更高的要求.将数字平滑和小波去噪方法引入磁记忆检测系统的信号处理中,提高了信噪比,有效地提取了磁记忆信号中的梯度;同时为准确确定应力集中的位置,提出了新的特征量选取.实验结果证实了方法的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:Metal magnetic memory technique is an effective method to find stress concentration zone of borehole casing.It is possible to determine stress concentration zones according to measuring changes of normal component of magnetic leakage field.Wavelet denoising method and data smoothing are introduced in test systems of metal magnetic memory for intricate well,which can reserve the available signal,reduce the noise and obtain,gradient of magnetic signals right.The new characters are proposed for reliable stress...
