物联网技术在检验检测实验室管理中的应用研究

文中结合物联网技术的发展与应用现状,探讨了物联网技术在检验检测实验室管理中的应用。对物联网技术及检验检测实验室的发展现状及存在的问题进行了分析,在检验检测过程中,使用多种传感器获取实验室的各种信息(如射频信息、环境参数、高清全角度视频、实验仪器状态、样品参数等),通过局部的无线或有线网络等通信网路交互传递,实现对检测全过程的数据感知,经过信息智能接入检测平台的统一处理,最终通过物联网终端进行分布式呈现,实现实验室检验检测中的过程溯源、效率分析、质量管理和智能预警。

Study of Internet of Things Technology in Laboratory Management

Based on the development and application of Internet of things (IOT) technology, this paper discusses the application of iot technology in laboratory management. Through the analysis of the development and problems of the Internet of Things Technology and Inspection Laboratory, in the course of inspection and testing, use a variety of sensors to obtain a variety of laboratory information (RF information, environmental parameters, high-definition full-angle video, experimental instrument status, sample parameters, etc.), through local wireless or wired networks and other communication networks to exchange, to achieve the detection of the whole process of data perception, information intelligence access detection platform after the unified processing, in the end, the process traceability, efficiency analysis, quality management and intelligent early warning in laboratory inspection are realized through the distributed presentation of iot terminals.
