| 摘 要： | 依据现代教学论和教学最优化设计原理，针对目前高校体育专业健美操教学的现状，设计了健美操教学的优化方案。内容包括教学单元的划分，教学总目标与单元目标的确定，教材内容，教学模式与教学方法的优化选择,健美操教学目标达成的评价体系,并具体设计了各单元的课堂教学结构和评价方法。试图通过健美操教学优化设计的实施，解决高校体育专业健美操教学学时数量与教学系统化的矛盾，力求使学生在有限的时间内取得最好的学习效果，并

| Abstract: | According to the design principle of the optimal teaching and modern teaching theory,in addition,the present situation of aerobic teaching in physical education department of colleges,the optimal schema of aerobic teaching was designed.It concluded the partition of teching unit;the definition of teaching general target and unit target;contents of teaching material,optimal choice of teaching method and model;evaluation system of aerobic teaching target,classroom teaching structure of each unit and evaluation method were designed specifically.The author wanted to solve the contradictions between aerobic teaching times and systematization of teaching,then let students acquirement good study effectuation within the finite time so as to invite in attention about aerobic teaching theory and practical research.
