| 摘 要： | 以苯乙酸为原料，经酰氯化，酰化，烃化反应制得关键中间体1－（4－碘苯基）－2苯基－1－丁酮（4），另以苯酚为起始原料，经溴化，O－烃化，N－烃化得1－2-(4-溴苯氧基）乙基]吡咯烷（7），进而与镁反应得相应的格氏试剂，再与4反应，经水解，脱水，纯化得艾多昔芬（1）。

| Abstract: | Idoxifene, an estrogen receptor modulator was synthesised from 1 (4 iodophenyl) 2 phenyl 1 butanone (4) with the Grignard reagent of 1 2 (4 bromophenoxy) ethyl] pyrrolidine (7). Compound 4 was prepared from phenylacetic acid and compound 7 was prepared from phenol. |
