基于水量平衡的管道漏损分析

供水企业通常利用漏损率来衡量供水管网的漏损水平,但仅用漏损率衡量漏损很难满足城市供水管理的要求,因此需要引入更为合理的漏损衡量指标。根据国际水协(IWA)提出的漏水量计算方法,对包括衡量管网漏损的水资源指标、运行指标和财务指标进行了介绍。以算例说明了供水平衡模型的应用及各项指标的计算方法。

Water loss analysis based on water balance model

Water loss rate is usually employed in assessing water system, whereas, it is insufficient in showing the relation between water system management and urban development, therefore more reasonable indicators are required. Water balance model developed by International Water Association (IWA) was retrieved, and the water service performance indicators including water resources indicator, operational indicator and financial indicator were introduced. Finally, the utility of water balance model and its indicators were demonstrated by a case study.
