抽余油加氢催化剂FHDA-10的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了抽余油加氢催化剂FHDA-10在10万t/a芳烃抽提装置上的工业应用情况。运行结果表明,在反应温度为100℃,反应压力为1.2 MPa,氢油体积比为168的操作条件下,可生产高等级的6#,120#溶剂油产品,并使装置能耗下降100~130 MJ/t。

Abstract:Industrial application of reformed raffinate oil hydrogenation catalyst FHDA -10 in 100 kt/a aromatics extraction unit was introduced. The results showed that under the operating condition of temperature 100 ℃ ,pressure 1.2 MPa and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 168 ,the 6^# and 120^# high -grade solvent naphthas could be produced ,and the energy consumption of the unit could be reduced by 100 - 130 MJ/t.
