摘    要: 纵向变厚度LP板是钢铁减量化轧制中的典型产品。轧制力模型是变厚度轧制过程关键模型,直接决定产品尺寸精度。通过引入剪切摩擦与奥洛万平衡微分方程,建立变厚度轧制LP板中各个变形区的应力表达式。改变轧制参数以观察变形区内轧制力变化规律,理论计算结果表明,轧制变形区轧件出口位置由楔形角决定,入口位置及轧制力峰值则与压下量有关;同一压下量下趋厚轧制力峰值小于普通轧制,趋薄轧制力峰值大于普通轧制。

Abstract:The analysis of rolling force of longitude profile LP plate which is a considerable product in steel rolling reduction can provide theoretical basis for optimizing the forming process and predicting product performance. Based on E Orowan mathematical model and shear friction,the stress expression in each deformation zone of the longitude profile LP plate was derived. The change rule of the rolling force in the deformation zone was observed by the variations of rolling parameters. The results are as follows:the inlet positions of cladded longitude profile rolling and the rolling force peak are related to rolling reduction while the outlet position is determined by the rolling wedge angle. The rolling force peak and the deformation zone size reduce with the increase of wedge angle and time in the upwards rolling. Conversely, the rolling force peak and the deformation zone size raise with the increase of wedge angle and time in the downwards rolling.
