社区糖尿病患者自行注射胰岛素的现状调查

目的 了解社区糖尿病患者对自行注射胰岛素的相关知识与行为的现状,为制订针对性的护理干预提供依据.方法 选择2011年1月-2013年1月就诊于上海市浦东新区金杨社区卫生服务中心糖尿病专科门诊的2型糖尿病患者300例,通过问卷调查和行为观察法了解患者自行注射胰岛素的现状,并对结果进行统计分析.结果 300例患者自行注射胰岛素相关知识平均得分为（66.10±12.39）分,自行注射胰岛素行为平均得分为（69.64±10.02）分,均属中等水平.结论 社区糖尿病患者掌握自行注射胰岛素相关知识并不理想,自行胰岛素注射的操作欠规范.因此,在社区糖尿病管理中,应加强对患者注射胰岛素的教育,定期对患者的注射行为进行评估,及时发现问题,适时提供护理干预,有助于社区2型糖尿病患者减少相关不良反应和并发症的发生,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量.

Status survey of self-injection of insulin in diabetics in community

Objective To investigate the current status of diabetes related knowledge and behavior about self-injection of insulin in diabetics,and to provide the targeted nursing intervention.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate 300 patients with type 2 diabetes who received self-injection of insulin in diabetes clinic of Jinyang Health Services Center in Shanghai from January 2011 to January 2013.Results The average knowledge score of self-injection of insulin was 66.10 ± 12.39 and the average behavior score was 69.64 ± 10.02,which were both at medium level.Conclusion The status of diabetes related knowledge of self-injection of insulin in diabetics is not satisfactory.And their operate was under-specification.In the process of diabetes management,the health education and standardized operation of self-injection of insulin should be strengthened to reduce the adverse reactions and complications.
