摘    要:本文详细介绍了汽轮机超速的原因及危害,对中核运行秦二厂650MW扩建机组超速保护性能进行了全面分析。针对《增加超速跳机和手动打闸硬件回路》和《增加机械超速动作或就地打闸监视》的变更改造,进行了较为详细的讨论及列出了相关优化建议,并针对未来650MW扩建机组汽轮机组取消机械式危急遮断装置的可行性提出了简单分析和合理化建议。本文旨在结合各项变更改造分析,提高汽轮机超速保护的可靠性,为机组的安全稳定提供保障。

Abstract:This paper introduces the reasons and harms of turbine over speed,and mainly analyses in an all-round way to the turbine over speed protection performance of the 650MW Nuclear Power Plant.In view of the 2 changes that“Add hardware circuit of over-speed trip and manual brake”and“Add monitoring function of mechanical emergency trip or remote trip”,this paper has a more detailed discussion and lists the relevant optimization suggestions.Furthermore,it also analyses the possibilities of canceling mechanical emergency trip and gives the reasonable proposals.The aim is to improve the reliability of turbine over speed protection by combining with the analysis of the transformation,and to provide protection for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
