智能完井液压站控制系统设计及实现

摘    要:液控智能完井技术有效地解决井下分层开采控制难题,其地面液压控制设备需要为井下液控滑套提供液压动力,实现液压滑套的动作与控制。对地面液压控制站的控制系统进行分析,设计整体控制原理,分析流量、压力等关键参数控制机理。依托Visual Basic 6.0设计的上位机软件,实现了数据发送和接收、修改试验参数、控制工作状态、存储试验数据、显示控制界面和数据回放、报表生成等功能,为液控智能完井井下滑套的控制提供了保障。

Abstract:The hydraulic control intelligent completion technology can effectively solve the control problem of underground slicing mining,the hydraulic control equipment needs to provide hydraulic power for the downhole hydraulic control sliding sleeve,so as to realize the action and control of the hydraulic sliding sleeve.The control system of ground hydraulic control station is analyzed,the overall control principle is designed,and the control mechanism of key parameters such as flow and pressure is analyzed.Based on the upper computer software designed by Visual Basic 6.0,the functions of sending and receiving data,modifying test parameters,controlling working state,storing test data,displaying control interface and data playback,and generating report forms are realized.It provides a guarantee for the control of the sliding sleeve of the hydraulic intelligent completion well.
