武警救援医学人才培养的探索

救援医学是在世界灾害频发的大背景下产生的。目前，我国已经进入各类突发公共事件高发时期，必须加强医学救援体系的建设。我国医学院校救援医学人才培养相对滞后，救援医学人才严重缺乏，阻碍了我国医学救援事业的发展。加强武警救援医学人才培养的研究，有利于健全救援医学人才培养机制，更好地完成武警部队的医学救援任务，进一步完善我国的应急救援体系。

Construct and conceiving of rescue medicine specialty in Chinese Armed Police Force

With the development of modern society, need of medical rescue increase sharply, and rescue medicine come into being in the background. Because China confronts with great pressure of sudden public incident, we should build up rescue system quickly. There is not rescue medicine specialty in Chinese medical schools ,and China lacks professional medical rescue personnel. The key to build up an excellence medical rescue team is to train medical rescue talents. Construct and conceiving of rescue medicine specialty in Chinese Armed Police Force will develop medical rescue system and improve rescue capability of China.
